  • Sure. Your paid subscription can be canceled anytime by sending a cancelation request email to partners@fundraisingfilms.org.

  • Absolutely! You can add additional template packs to your previously purchased membership plan.

  • Yes, your subscription will be automatically renewed according to your pay period.

  • Sure, you will be welcome to request your refund within seven days of subscribing to any paid membership plan. Click here to visit our terms of service for complete details.

  • Our quick start guide will help you quickly create a campaign within an hour. It typically takes 20 hours to complete each campaign course module.

  • One membership license will cover up to 20 people per nonprofit. Beyond that, an additional license would need to be purchased for an additional 20 people. Licenses cannot be transferred or shared. Please click here to review our full terms of service.

  • Membership includes an unlimited permanent streaming license to all course training videos in the volume you purchase. You’ll also have access to templates, worksheets, and additional training materials included within the course module you purchase.

  • Once you sign up for a membership, you’ll be provided with access to the members' training dashboard, where you’ll have access to all of the training materials.
